The Platinum Solutions Tenant Portal offers an easily managed,
mult-lingual and engaging centralized area for Tenants to browse
informative information on the property, their local area and to
communicate with management and other residents.
Tenants are
provided with an interactive City-Wide Business Listing of over 5000
businesses. The location of the business is displayed on an interactive
map, the distance from the property and the address of the business can
be sent to a mobile phone free of charge.
The Tenant Portal
provides Property Management the ideal facility for communicating
directly with Tenants, about important information and events. Tenants
are kept informed via email, website announcements and SMS. Example
are, property event guides and maintenance announcements. Announcement
