The Platinum Service Desk offers residents a powerful and easy to use, multilingual web based medium for posting and logging maintenance and customer service issues to management.
Through the Service Desk Residents can enjoy ordering from the Concierge Service. Such services as water delivery, maid service, room service using the business center, can all be accessed at the click of a button.
Residents are given status reports via email, SMS and their personal service desk space regarding the progress of their service delivery or request.
All requests, actions and results are logged.
